If you’ve been the strong one for most of your life, this is probably going to hit.

You’re the one who handles things. The dependable one. The one everyone counts on. And somehow, even with all you’ve accomplished, you still feel anxious, stuck, or like you’re quietly failing at being a person. You tell yourself you should be grateful. You tell yourself you’re fine. Meanwhile, your body is exhausted and your inner voice is mean as hell.

That’s not because you’re broken.
It’s because you learned to survive before you learned to choose yourself.

I didn't learn self-love from reading books. I learned how to embody self-love.

I’m Dayhana

Radical Self Love Coach

I work with women who are done abandoning themselves to keep the peace, meet expectations, or prove their worth. The eldest daughters. The caretakers. The high achievers who are tired of negotiating with themselves and ready to build a real relationship with who they are.

This work isn’t about fixing you or giving you another thing to be better at. It’s about slowing down and getting honest. About looking at patterns like people pleasing, perfectionism, and self doubt and saying, Okay, this made sense once. But it’s costing me now.

Together, we build self trust. We practice choosing yourself without spiraling into guilt. We move from overthinking to listening. From self criticism to compassion. From should I? to what do I want?

My approach blends somatic awareness, intuitive guidance, and straight up truth telling. I’ll hold you with care and I’ll call you out when you’re bullshitting yourself — because both matter.

If you’re here, something in you already knows it’s time to stop living on autopilot.
Your power isn’t missing.
You’ve just been giving it away.

Let’s get you back to yourself.
