A space for the daughters who learned to be good before they learned to be themselves

The Malas Hijas Club
If you grew up being la responsable, this is for you.
The one who read the room.
Kept the peace.
Put everyone else first.
And quietly learned to swallow her own needs.
The Malas Hijas Club is an intimate group space for eldest daughters and caretakers who are tired of self abandonment and ready to choose themselves without guilt. Despite the name, this isn’t about being “bad.” It’s about releasing good girl conditioning and building a relationship with yourself that is honest, compassionate, and rooted in choice.
This is not a fixing space.
You’re not broken.
It’s a rest stop in your healing — a place to soften, unlearn, and come home to yourself.

Inside this space, we explore:
-
Letting go of people pleasing, perfectionism, and self doubt
-
Reparenting your inner child with compassion
-
Rest as resistance
-
Rebuilding trust with your body and intuition
-
Making space for rage, grief, joy, and play
This space is for women who are curious, open, and ready to go deeper. It’s not about productivity or advice — it’s about honesty, support, and collective liberation.
