Conversations that move people back into themselves

Speaking & Consultation

Looking for a speaker who doesn’t just inspire your audience — but actually shifts something?

I’m Dayhana A. Ray, a licensed therapist, empowerment coach, and self proclaimed light bringer. My work centers radical self love not as a feel good concept, but as a practice of liberation. One that helps people unlearn survival mode, reclaim their agency, and remember who they were before perfectionism, patriarchy, and generational expectations took over.

My talks invite audiences to slow down, listen inward, and get honest about the patterns shaping their lives. Through a culturally grounded and trauma informed lens, I explore how ancestral stories, social conditioning, and gender roles impact our relationship with ourselves — and how self love becomes an act of resistance.

This isn’t motivational fluff.
It’s real, embodied, and deeply human.
