Long Bio

Dayhana A. Ray is a licensed therapist, radical self love coach, and speaker devoted to helping women stop abandoning themselves and start living from self trust, compassion, and choice. Her work centers eldest daughters, caretakers, and high achieving women who learned to survive early and are now ready to unlearn perfectionism, people pleasing, and self doubt.

Through a culturally grounded and trauma informed lens, Dayhana explores how generational patterns, gender roles, and social conditioning shape women’s relationship with themselves. She approaches self love not as a trend or mindset, but as a liberatory practice that reconnects women to their bodies, intuition, and inherent worth.

Known for her down to earth, honest, and deeply human approach, Dayhana blends somatic awareness, intuitive guidance, and straight up truth telling. Her work invites women to slow down, get honest, and come back into relationship with themselves without shame or urgency. She believes joy is a birthright, rest is resistance, and self love is anything but selfish.

Dayhana is available for speaking engagements, workshops, panels, retreats, podcasts, and consultation. Her talks move beyond inspiration and into embodied change, offering audiences language, insight, and practices they can actually live with.
